My 4.5 years old doesn't want to go to school. What to do?

I am a Bangladeshi National working in Bangkok. Recently my family moved from Bangladesh. I had admitted my 4.5 years old son in to an International School but he is reluctant to go to school and in school he crys a lot. It's almost one and half month but the situation is not geting better at all. What to do?
