How does Howard Stern get into the McGraw Hill Building?

Howard Stern (Sirius XM) is in the McGraw Hill building in NYC. I've heard there is an underground garage or tunnel or something for Howard, so he doesn't walk from the street into the building. Does anyone know how he gets into the building?
