Mortgage Bail out BS?

Anyone else disgusted by this? I just heard on TV that this couple who were at the brink of foreclosure because their current rate was 7% was able to get a new loan FIXED at 3%!! And I started with a fixed loan at 6.5% to buy a crappy condo! And they still get to live in their huge 4bdrm.
