Why are liberals entirely unconcerned by violations against the human rights of "settlers"?

I am amazed by the way in which liberals, who claim to be concerned with human rights and racial discrimination, are so unquestioning of the "ethnic cleansing" of Jews from disputed territories under the guise of "international law". They never speak of the 2005 expulsion of Gush Katif, and the fact Palestinians burned synagogues and factories to the ground, and now use the territory as a launching pad for kam rockets. Likewise, liberals are completely comfortable with the creation of an "apartheid" Palestinian state- one in which Jews are not allowed to live. Just can't believe how many university students feel so pionately about human rights etc., and then in the same breath, apply blood libels to settlers like "war-mongering Jews". What happened to independent, critical thinking?
