I need someone who really knows myspace or photobucket?

Ohkay, so I found this picture on photobucket that I really liked. I want to use it as my icon on myspace, so I want to upload to my pictures on mycomputer to make it easier to upload on myspace. How do i do this? Is there an easier way to get it to be my myspace icon?
