A teacher who chats with you down the corridor as you approach the lesson with her?

I had drama first lesson and I was walking down the corridor as my drama teacher slipped out of the side door,it was a coincidence! She walked down the corridor with me whilst there was loads of people in the corridor and students. But she tried holding a convo so the first thing she said was 'you alright Tamsin' What does that mean as a teacher? What does it tell you about them?
