I feel like I'm going insane living with my family?

So my family is practically a mess. My father has "ran away" as i call it four times in the last five years of my life. My mom steals money from everyone and no one has a clue what she does with it. (She took about 2,000$$ from me already just this year(I've been only working for a year getting paid minimum wage.) I helped my brother pay for college out of my college savings (1,000$) which he said he would pay back but I haven't seen a penny of it since. Oh and he's failing the school I helped him pay for. So now, I have only 100$ saved of my whole year of working. My mom's still taking money from me and trying to get me married to my cousin husbands unattractive illiterate brother(28 years old), I'm 17. And yes, arranged marriages exist still. She also told me to hold off on school, so I haven't been aloud to apply to any university and feel like i'm going to end up nowhere in life.That's just about half of my problems. What do I do?
