Why is so hard for my daughter to bring my granddaughter to me instead of strangers?

it seems that when its time to bring my grand daughter to me she rather send her to people she likes to call her godparents i hardly get to see my granddaughter anymore ,me and my daughter have a strained relationship at times but i love her and i am heartbroken over this!
