My dad has i belive black widow spider bite on his front head has darken on skin ,itch, severe head ach?

will black widow spider bite go away on its own in time ? as we speak the skin is drying out but the head ach and itch is not. my dad is in the capitol of Ethiopia and and none of the doctors know any thing i mean ,none ,ziltch, zero and i turning towards prayer . i wish there was pill to send it to him
