My car got rear-ended?

the other driver who is obviously at Fault i was waiting at the red light at intersection then all of us sudden pow the rear didnt get caved in but she tells me shes gona call my insurance and tell them i reversed into her car that she and her granddaughter in the child seat got injured...since i reported to her insurance company how the accident really happened.....will any insurance company or and lawyers believe her story?
