In a search for a driver for my old sound card?

I need a driver for my Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live! PCI Sound Card CT4780. My current operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255) If anyone could provide me with a working one it would be very appreciated.
