I have severe throat pain,puss infected, hurts to swallow. HELP!!!?

you should really go back to the doctor. it sounds pretty painful! i had strep throat when i was little and it was not puss infected. if the doctor does not do anything for the pain i would be pissed. maybe there is some kind of pain killer you can take awhile you are recovering from it.
