How can I stop "Heather from Account Services"?

I keep getting nuisance phone calls from a person who identifies itself as "Heather from Account Services". It's pretty obliviously an outfit that is just trying to pry my credit card numbers out of me, presumably to use dishonestly. So how do I get them to stop calling?
