Help!!! Can anybody shepardize Ga. law 1887, p. 23 coded in code 92-7701, 92-7702, and 110-10 for me??

My state is now posting it's laws on lexis nexis, but lexis nexis won't allow a free search. I need the old law shepardized into new law or I need to discover whether this law is outdated. It is mentioned in Battle v. Shivers, 39 Ga. 405, 407. and some other old stuff. First person to give me the right answer, gets BEST ANSWER. Thanks in advance for the search. God Bless, Martha S.
